No one likes pirating. Also, no one likes games without demos that allow people to use this sad justification. "The first few days of Demigod being miserable on-line was largely the result of us simply not having taken into account the effect pirated copies would have on our server resources." And oh snap! You made the game experiance worse for people who DID buy it. Just saying.
If this is implemented, could the Ctrl scroll speed thing get removed? find it really annoying since it is the only logically "free" button for my voice chat
I really like the idea of a minion display, but it would be nice if it was more compact. Maybe just have the 4 minion icons (your normal three and your custom minion) each with a number representing how many are summoned. Clicking on the icon will select all of that minion type. But if the display was customizable to match more than one general preference, that would be even better
Glad to hear VOIP is planned :) And is there no way to add pings to the minimap also? Having to zoom out and press P at the correct location is a much larger hassle in battle than simply clicking it on the mini map. Would be nice if both options were available :) (the above situation implies it is a point of interest that you are currenrlt not at but need to inform your team members of)
I get "Join attempt failed" for any custom game I try to join. For skirmishes and pantheon games it tells me it is searching for about 3 minutes, then the dialog that tells me it is searching goes blank and I eventually just have to cancel. I have never managed to play online yet. (Please note that I play MANY other games online)
I know people are reporting bugs and stuff at the moment and it is a required process, but lets not forget to thank them for making a really fun game too, even if it does need some polish. When playing I have found that actually communicating with someone else is a nightmare. Using the In-game chat is ok, but it issues no sound and the text is hardly very distinct and I often miss the messages completely until I see them when I next type a message myself. A small chat box at the bottom with a small sound for messages would be much eaiser to notice and keep track of (since the messages wont just fade away). But a preferred option wou
