Staying at your towers is not an option. While you are at your tower, he has the flag and slowly giving the advantage to his team. All your counters are fairly easily outdone by Bite with mana regen and for a change, the only real effective counter listed is Sedna and her Silence at lvl 5! The day Gameranger only allows for 0.93 is the day a pirate will actually bother updating game to 0.93 and post the updated files on Mininova or The Pirate Bay. It will delay for a few days the wannabe pirates though. On the other hand, if every pirate is updated to 0.93+, we are back to square one. They will once again try to connect and look for an update on the official servers and crash them each time htey launch the game.

Base mana means nothing with mana potions and scaled helm. Bite efficiency is not on base mana, it's on base mana + the rest. Everytime you use it, it's 300 dam on the other demigod and 300 HPs for you for similar cooldowns and mana costs, that's like a 600 HPs Fireball if you consider damage healed as damage done in a 1v1 fight. A TB going against a Erebus, both with 2 mana potions, Erebus will wipe the floor with the TB and actually all DGs except Sedna. Time spent fleeing from Ereb

What I meant with "Better than it should be against certain builds" was about the counter builds of some Demigods being less effective than they should. I'm perfectly happy with the fact some builds are getting raped by others. But the counters should really be counters and not inefficient.

Well, I'm sorry, but in a 4v4 or 5v5 game, unless there are two Sedna, you should go for a Healing build as it will make a huge difference in the long run. Then again I play premade teams, so yeah it's not the same thing as with random Joe...our Sedna is expected to Heal and support us.

Don't even get me started on chaining Oak skills then trying to attack. Or even diying, revive invulnerable and trying to attack a Demigod is a pain. Responsiveness is not always top class in this game. That much is true.

Extacide, I think the point, as many are saying, is that in comparison to similar skills (DD (+ Debuff) spells), Bite is is in its own class and with mana potion, max mana/HPs and mana/HPs regen items, it becomes too good. However, his other skills are slightly weaker than the average..but it doesn't make Bite any more ok as is. A slight rework of all his skills is in order. While Bite is in a somewhat balanced state without items, it becomes slightly too good as the game goes on.

Limit demo to one General and one Assassin. Only 2 maps. Make it OFFLINE only. NOT online... You would be taking too much risk with the pirates. Players are used to demos being offline and they must pay to go online, no need to change this.
