Where have all the good planets gone. in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Hi new time member long time fan of the game. Ever since I downloaded the newest version of the Ultimate edtiion. I have noticed a sharp decrease in 12+ 'non extreme' planets. All the good ones seem to be extreme colonization types.. I have tried it on all the settings for that catagory and still seem to have no 12+ regular planets.
