It took some doing but I finally beat this scenario. After getting my butt handed to me for the umpteenth time, I realized the problem wasn't *me* not holding onto my planets, it was my teammates not holding on to *their* planets. I've been trying to beat this scenario for about a week now but the Dread Lords keep kicking my ass. I start out putting everything I've got into research because even their lowly scout has an attack factor over 100. Nothing I can build at the start of the game can stand up to that. Plus the way the Torians expand I can only seem to get one extra planet before they're all taken. But the longer I wait the more powerful the DL's get and if they capture one of my teammates' planets?

I have GCII Dread Lords loaded on my home computer and had just started the Campaign. I recently went on a trip and loaded GCII on my work laptop so I could play it while I was away and got up to the Achilles' part.
