Make sure you've set your Sins2 game data path in Solar Forge properly, which it sounds like you have, but go in Solar Forge File > Mods... and make sure you apply your mods there as well. Otherwise Solar Forge doesn't know to load them.

not sure exactly what this could be. there are no unit_skin_definition files that I am aware of. I think its refering to a something being defined either in the unit file or unit_skin file. In UNIT file at the bottom is the "skin_groups" section defining the unit skin. start there.

Use Blender with the extension to add the hardpoints where the weapons will go, rotated properly how you want them aligned to the mesh. Open the unit in SolarForge, it has functions to calculate the position info, "Sync Weapons to Mesh" under the Weapons tab.

So, I've managed to fix the "MCRN Scirocco (Test)" mod authored originally by user: Lord_set, found on Mod.io here: https://mod.io/g/sins2/m/mcrn-scirocco-test I've updated the mod for compatibility-version-2, the game loads it and runs it just fine. However there is 1 error thrown during loading for each mesh file the mod comes with, skipping the errors works and after loading there are no more errors thrown. &

These pop ups across the top of the screen for when things happen, event history, as I'm calling it. It would be fantastic to make them no go away on their own. I could certainly see as you make it late game, that so much is happening you might not be able to keep track. Just having the ability to reference those, hover the mouse over it and see what it was, then click on it to dismiss it. By time I notice some of those sitting up there, they disappeared before

I am a new modder to SINS:R. Before I have only played with numbers in the GameInfo Entity files, but I have taken to adding ships to the game now. Question is, where can I find the most relevant data for SINS Rebellion modding now? Most all links I find, take me to websites that are no longer online or the data is outdated.
