I am using free version; but just noticed the temperature has changed to close to the current temperature. Must be that it doesn't update the temperature that frequently or something because it jumped down 7 degrees. Seems to be a lot of issues with this docklet. I read in another post where someone would like to be able to change the color of the temperature because it is hard to read; I think so too. It seems the weather docklet in objectdock displays the high temperature for the day, not the current temperature which I would prefer. Are there any other weather docklets available for objectdock? mercury52

I have both the windows taskbar and objectdock showing. Objectdock is on top of the taskbar. Taskbar is LOCKED and objectdock is set to ALWAYS ON TOP. This works fine most of the time but on several occassions (I can't seem to figure out what I was doing at the time) the objectdock goes behind the taskbar and I have to unLOCK the taskbar, shrink it so I can click on the objectdock to bring it back on top, then LOCK the taskbar again. Your suggestion creates a shortcut to a window that allows you to change the date/time, I am looking to create a shortcut to the window that displays a calendar and clock and allows you to go forward/backward through months. It shows up when you click the date in the taskbar.

Did anyone ever find a way to access the windows calendar popup that MissOctavia mentioned at the beginning of this topic? The popup that happens when you click on the system date in the task bar (it shows a calendar and clock). That popup would be great to use. Mercury52
What exactly does LOCK DRAGGING do? I thought it meant you could not "drag" an icon/shortcut into the dock but it also won't allow me to drag anything into my RECYCLE BIN. Is that the way it is supposed to work or am I doing something wrong? It seems like when you LOCK DRAGGING you should still be able to drag/drop into the RECYCLE BIN. Mercury52
I wanted the same little pop up calendar to display when I clicked the calendar dock icon; it defaulted to my outlook calendar. I found this simple, tiny calendar that I installed and replaced outlook.exe in the config section of the calendar docklet with this application. Works great. Maybe it is what you are looking for. Quicken Deluxe 2009 also disables Objectdock. If anyone finds a fix/workaround, I hope they post it here. mercury52
