Refinery ship only go 1 jump away? I thought they had routes, but then again I never followed them that long. Well this is good, it means that they go to extractors around gas giants and stuff 1 jump away i'm assuming.

It's like you read my mind and then made a really long post out of it.
thnx will try that.
Sorry then, i'm no good at modding or even installing mods. I did minor modifications to Medieval total war 2. Is there tools you can download for modding?
I love boarding craft. Send in Chuk Norris and the enemy ship is yours. It could work similar to the way I've seen the borg take federation ships in a star trek game. It would be automatic of course. Could also take this idea and use it to take enemy planets without having to bombard them until everyone is dead and the upgrades are destroyed. They should have done that in the first place. P.S. Your english is good and now I can say I know a person from Norway. Nee
It's not a dumb question. If you didn't ask I would have suggested. Ground battles would be amazing and perfect this game, well that and 10 new factions, 4 new ship classes, 1000 new technologies, 15 new planets, and the ability to travel in deep space without those stupid phase lanes, but ground battles would be good. I boubt that they will ever be put in. If they are, it will be auto-matic. They could set it up so that capitol ships and powerful cruisers could send down drop
Well you either have to be really diplomatic so as to make allies, or be the best and that way it doesn't matter if they gang up on you, your already to powerful. Something fun to do is ally all of the AIs and the send in colony ships to the planets that they are seiging of eachothers and capture them. Benefit from their conflict. THis is especially good for the Advent because of their powerful culture, that way if any ally decides not to be an ally their worlds revolt and you get the
THis isn't a problem with the game, this game actually works fine unlike many computer games these days. I can't figure out how to edit my account on this site. I can go into it and put in the new changes, but theere's no save changes button or anything that I can see. So it never saves my changes. Where is that button?
I used to play as the avent a lot and the advent are amazing, but the vasari are better after you get started and research some things. Also the factions are a lot more balanced than you seem to have assumed. The TEC do have a good economy, but it's not that much more great, the vasari do have better ships and structures, but they cost a lot of research and time, and the advent are good all around.
I doubt it. They both have infinate range, or at least very large range. If what your asking is do the refinery ships follow the trade routes, then I don't know, but I would assume that they have their own routes.
WEll alright then, also I'm new to this site, but maybe this post should have gone in technical or something not beta feedback. What is beta feedback anyways?
I decided that Sins of a Solar Empire didn't have enough planets in it so I got Ulzii's Sins Plus mod v1.3. I couldn't find a readme for it when I downloaded it, but I did get 7zip thing to unpack the mod and then put the unpacked mod into the mods folder. When I tried to enable it the game crashed. I window opened up on the desktop that said something about a minidump, and then the game had an error and closed. So I tried Sins Plus 1.2, and the same thing happened. I worked for hours
