Reply to Vista Control Panel Home / Task Dialog background color in SkinStudio Stardock Forums

When I selected Window background to change to light blue and then selected Button Face/Dialog background to change to red and applied it, I went back to Control Panel Home and it is still white. Then I went to Personalize and clicked on Windows Color and Appearance and the dialog is still white. Looks like it doesn't work. Any ideas?

I can't find the background of Vista Control Panel Home & Task Dialog. Can I change the background color or create the background image? Thank you.
