UB isnt any better then angel/mine regulus or TB late game. Its also funny you don't call Erebus out on being OP late/mid game.
If you just make random states with nothing to back them up I have no reason to believe what your saying. How exactly is a ub not any better then an angel/mine regulus? He has more health and can do more damage. A good player can easily avoid getting seriously mined all the time. A late game TB? Spit/Ooze/Auto-Attack will do more damage

They mean absolutely nothing. So many of my losses are from me just quitting for a number reasons: Someone quits in the first 5 minutes - Everyone agrees for a rehost All my opponenets quit - If I want to bash a.i I will play singleplayer One person quits, and due to direct connect, half the players are disconected. It also varies widely on who you play and who you play with. For example an amazing player may be playing with Pugs only, and so due to bad team mates
first is Inner Beast is a 10% multiplicative bonus to damage. because it is multiplicative it is not especially strong until the late game but at that point (when base attack damage is high anyway and you probably have some good weapon damage gear as well) it becomes an incredibly large bonus. its a backloaded scaling mechanism, one of the few in the game (most are very frontloaded, all of the direct damage spells for example). second is Oo
Lol frogboy is so socially awkward.. its hard to watch.
Its ok to be jelous that you will never get the chance to be on camera like Frogboy. No need to take it out on him :D Nice documentary ;)
Its not an exploit/bug. Its just an overpowered game mechanic. The devs never thought it could be abused like that.
I don't know where you coming from here. The damage from Spit is extremely easy to mitigate. Many powers cancel its effects.
And auto-attack with ooze? What counters that?
Does anyone know any other video editing tools that are better then windows movie maker but not near-impossible to use without years of practice?
Last week when they said they would try to have the patch out for Thursday I called it for this Tuesday, tomorrow. I think I've got the Stardock time system figured out.
Frogboy said they would try their hardest to get the patch out on thursday, but the patched needed lots of testing and so he specifically stated no promises could be made as a Friday night release could be very risky. We were then told it would come out on Tuesday if the thursday didnt ma
I think UB benefits from some late game item combo imbalances more then alot of other demigods. But other then that, he seems fine. There are plenty of ways to deal with him late game with equally leveled and geared demigods. He does get very nasty if he has a higher level or gear, but thats true in demigod in general.
This is true. The thing is with UB he only has to go full armour/hp and so he can easily stack up A LOT of hp to the point of imba. Now you can
Don't let him (late game) be 3-4 levels above you and you're allies because he can kill you and other ally demigod together with level advantage (and probably equipment) in 10 sec. If there is no level advantage and you're team know what they're doing tactics will win the game
I never mentioned anything about letting him get 3-4 levels above you. If you do this then you deserve to lose and it has nothing to do w
Love all those points those things would definately improve Demigod 100%. You can ping with P and teleporting via minimap isnt really needed because of zoom out.
He mainly dominates end game due to his speed and if you were a good player you would realize that. You need something to slow you down and something to make you faster.
No thats not the problem. If you were a good player you would realize that.
i think the reason could be because of stacking HP items on demigods, it gets to the point where spell levels do not scale well against higher level demigods with 7k HP or more, then again that is only my op
Someone complaining about complainers. The irony.
You're better off sticking with shield for survivability and then focusing on the "open" skills, ground spikes are priority #1 and then either spikewave or uproot depending on the makeup of the game. Ie: against a rook on crucibel you'd be better off with spikewave since it will hit a few of his towers + him + creeps. In a small or wide open area game uproot is often better. Ig
I have seen late game UB a lot. Early-Mid its fine, but when you reach the stage of people going around and caplocking portals I think it really becomes clear that UB is just the super-power (of late game). I wouldnt mind this if UB was a weak early-mid game hero but he is not, and I dont think he should be the strongest late game. Please remember this is just an opinion and from my experience UB ALWAYS dominates late game. I could easily be wrong and I abs
as lame as this is I think its kinda needed. People with low simspeed can reallllly ruin the game :\
Just make sure you are clicking to the place you want UB to move while you are switching ooze on/off You only have one Demigod to control so a bit more micromanagement never hurts :)
Im not quite sure what si1foo was saying in the first part but if any move that has the ability to interupt will stop HoL on a shielded Oak. Still - if you dont have a stun, then how are you meant to counter this?
Fix please GPG/Stardock :D
I don't mean to sound elitist but if you are using shamblers or mulch your not playing qot right anyhow.
Yea anyone who takes a move that can heal you for 2.25k hp and damage for 750 at the same time with a cd of 7 seconds is stupid.
My problem with Regulus mines happens to be twofold. 1) He can use them as grenades. Sometimes I can dodge this, but usually I wind up taking a fair amount of damage. Usually the amount of damage tends to leave me with enough hp for me to die via snipe.
If your talking about how he uses them as "grenades" then if you get hit its only your fault. As soon as you see him start the animation or throw the mines move out the way and it simply wont hit y
I still cant get over how stupid this idea is.. If you cant even click the right item then you dont deserve to play this game
-- [Wings of the Seraphim] 2s cast, damage will not break the effect!
Oh god you are funny. What makes you think allowing any Demigod in the game to recover 2k hp mid-battle is ok? In the beta we had this without the 2s cast, and it was a complete OP joke. Some of these changes are good, some of these are not.
