Particle Forge not working in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I am new to developing so maybe I am doing something wrong. Galaxy forge works great but I can't get Particle Forge to work. It encounters an error at startup. Please give me instructions on how to set it up and get it to start. Thanks!
