New to SoaSE and RTS games in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hello! I bought Sins a few days ago after trying it out for a bit. This is actually my first time playing an RTS game (or RT4X I guess) and I was wondering if there was any general advice for playing RTS games or maybe just Sins. I've found myself a bit overwhelmed by everything, though I am getting used to it... slowly. Everything is quite intuitive as far a controls go, it's mainly the management aspect that boggles me. @.@ Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks. :) <
