my two cents (i've written them in separate thread some time ago) 1. it would be nice to set image not just by using programs name or windows class, but also by icon used by program. this way it will be possible to "skin" various program states. if program changes icon, object dock will change it too. for example you can set another image for connected and another one for disconnected state of trillian/icq/msn, new message notification etc
