why does this happen? on the desktop they are fine. they are my own icons.

I have a new question. Am I allowed to do a sysmetrix skin, and icons based on my windowblind that I will be submitting for the contest, or will that be not allowed? I mean as , I will not submit sysmetrix or icons into the comp, but release them before the competition. I'm thinking the answer would be no, but I would like clarification, just in case.

You cant remove or skin that animation in the lower right.

I have a question for the Moderators. For my windowblind I have a background wallpaper that I am thinking of possibly using, the female is holding a cigarette. Will this affect the outcome of my blind via judging ect, as some people don't smoke, some see it as filthy? The wallpaper is my own work.
