Have you tryed clicking Options (or Menu), then Video? Maybe you need to uncheck 'Window Mode'. Resolutions won't change in windowed mode. But I don't understand where you are seeing the "option to 'save' stays gray"?

Objectively, this doesn't ever look like it will be sorted. [/quote] It has been fixed to varying degrees at different times. Desyncs were very rare (nonexistant) in Diplomacy v.1.34. But new content (patchs) has introduced new problems. Being its still in Beta, that should be expected

By the time the chasers arrive, the VL would probably be on their way and thus not concern themselves with it. The AL would probably be the first to fall as their single-minded purpose of destroying the TEC would leave them open to attack from the rear. In response to the new alien threat, the TR would probably surge forward through the worlds l

IIRC, if you no longer have enough labs, you can't use the ability if you no longer have enough labs to research that ability. Therefore, if a Vasari Loyalist wants to go fully mobile, that player would then require eight capital ships, which is probably a little too high. Perhaps, changing the research so that it's split into two techs - one which gives 1/2 civ labs, and
