I am a newbie in this game n i have just bought this game 2 days ago. What i wanna ask is when i wanna upgrade my fleet supply to lvl 3(250-400), the pre-requisite is 2 research structures(no problem there) and an upgrade named Substance manipulation(maybe the spelling is wrong). The problem is i cant seem to find this upgrade anywhere after i have searched the whole research tree, harmony and hostility. Can the pros out there answer this noobish question for me. Thx in advance :)
