Ok, for anyone having a similar problem... i simply disabled AUC (vista hp 32bit) & it works better. I hope this helps anyone else.

Hello, just updated to 3.99 but i've had this problem before that & i most certainly dislike iconpackager from now on. My problem is, i build my own little icon package by selecting which icons i want for certain folder, files, etc. When i save/apply, most of the icons gets put on the wrong folder/program. For example, you might see a folder icon on the hard disk, IM icon on the floppy drive and so on.. which wasn't what i selected in the first place. Now i start all over again correct
