paying for premium suites i agree with. and having premium skins for the subscribers and the stardock customers..level 3 having fewer choices than level 4 and so on.. but if u start puting a price on the majority of the skins. it will in my opinion start to cut in to family comunity u have built here and turn it in to a buy or buzz off atmosphere.. many kids with lil to no free spending cash but come here to look at and enjoy the awe inspireing works would be the most to suff

great !!! i had the same idea last nite .. but due to x mas, my fundage only allowed for the 2 purchases on my C card.. lol it was all the room i had left...but if we wanted to contribute to ur contest in the form of subscriptions (prizes) to be given out. should we e mail u with the details? if i get a lil extra i wouldnt mind helping those who really need it.

like i said i do believe that more would be willing to help out .. but without an eye catching banner. i fear most just arent aware of the help needed..the lil subscription drive banner u have at the top right .. really looks like a second purchase button for the wincust goodie....the majority of the users prolly dont read each article or read the boards . they come for the skins and go...get their attention.. even the best product will never get sold if theres lil to no advertiseing...i look at

screen shots in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

im not sure if the admins are aware . but it seems that only rank 8 or higher are being displayed in the screen shots section.. its not my settings cause i have show any thing above a 3 selected ...and its the only section i cant see any thing below a 8 ...i noticed this because i have uploaded a few screens that were below the 8 ranking and i cant see them in the main section...

ok im not sure but i think that maybe the cost of man hours needed to keep track of the required paperwork for each individual sale would over come the amount of $ made off each 50c sale..internet sales do take a lil bit of book keeping. not to mention what ever requirements the various goverment agencies have.. itd be a novel idea if it were like the local store where we could hand a few quarters. but when usesing credit cards over the internet and stuff id imagine theres a lil more invol

cool i just answered my own question. buying a stardock product contributes to WC but not as much as a regular subscription.. with that in mind as soon as i can wrestle the credit cards away from the misses im gettin my subscription.i have been a member of this wunderful site for abt a year, all the hours of playing with all these skins and stuff is definately worth a subscription..$20 well spent in my eyes..now all u that can afford to help out..please do so. dont make jafo give yas a stern lec

They can pay their internet bill but cannot pay for a subscription? And Im sure many of the kids here have parents who can pay with their creditcard... agreed id rather have my kids comin here and gettin constructive stuff..(if they were old enough to be on the net, theyve got a few years to go ) better to have them here than at sum of the rathe

ok now i dont have any information abt the desktop x weather checker .. sysmetrix has a universal weather system that goes by country as well as region and city u should be able to set it up to get local weather.. also more and more skinners are skinning it to go with their WB and other skins. so theres a good chance u may get a match or a skin close enough to use i hope this helps <img src="http://images.

ok 2 points ...one. nothing is for free kids so break out your wallets and do ur fair share. two $20 isnt but the cost a movie with popcorn and a drink. this fun lasts longer and is always changing..u cant get this kind of fun for under $20..unless u want to put up with downed sites and changing owners or sum other BS.. three. to the devs is purchaseing a object desktop subscription give u the same amount of $? or should i buy a subscription here as well? id rather pay a few extra bucks and kee

yes thas what im saying u can see it through the [my skins] or through the [clik here to view authors skins] links but its not on main page .. i also just noticed that it seems only skins with a rateing of 8 or higher are actually being shown...
