It says "DeskScapes200_enhanced.exe". got it from where I retrived my serial number on support page. Also, ran sfc. all was well. did try the trial version as well. same result

I meant Deskscapes, not dreamscapes. sorry. Deskscapes is XP comatible. It ran well before. I downloaded the full install right from the Stardock website.

I did a fresh install of Win XP and downloaded Dreamscapes (Paid version). When I tried to install it told me it needed Vista or higher but still installed. however, when I tried to run it I got the "The ordinal 345 could not be located in the dynamic link libarary COMCTL32.dll" error message. What do I do now? Can't find a solution either here or by goggling it.Please help!

I love the skins with the animated start menu such as the dragon. I have tried to do a search for them but come up empty. Would like more but to look thru the hundreds of skins to find the would take more time than I have. Any quick way to find them? Thank you.

I tried to activate my Dreamscape for an offline machine and also got no response. Had to relocate machine to temp. connect and then move it back. A bit of a pain.
I am awaiting, with great anticipation, the chance to purchase the full version. In the meantime, any chance of releasing another dream that will work with the preview? The waving grass is nice but a change would be better. Thanks.
I'm just a hardware and tweaking freak. Would add more if I could, right up to that 400 Gigs. Usually OC too but just got this machine and want to play a bit before I try to burn out the processor. :p

I have been running it since hours after it showed up and so for the only thing I have experienced is that occasionally after a reboot I will have no background and will have to tell my HP Pavillion laptop to use it again. Might be the computer and not the program that's forgetting tough. Machine runs 24/7 and running Boinc so processor always at 100 percent usage. AMD Turion 64X2 4800 and 400 GB ram.
