Impulse store page error in Technical Sins Forums

I tried to purchase the Diplomacy expansion on impulse and everytime I place the order I get a store page error with a reference number. I tried placing the order a bunch of times and now I'm worried that I made 6 purchases :/ Anybody else encountered this problem? What's going on?

How big are the ships and structures? in Fan Submissions Sins Forums

I'm trying to picture the sizes of the ships, structures, and starbases but it doesn't look like they are fully proportional to celestial bodies. How big would they be in km/miles?
