If they always build scouts and micro thier scouts, than they will always be at an advantage if they use the information they've gained to influence thier fleet compisition and overal tactics. Mabye different degrees of AI will use less scouting or more depending on the difficulty. Perhaps even, an easy AI could use too much scouting and squelch resources on much too many scouts.

Most RTS releases lately have been outright horrible. Medevil 2 was just a graphical update to Rome Total War, Supreme Commander is worse than the free Spring engine which does evrything Supreme does, but better (also it failed to live up to its logistical promises). Plenty of trash RTS's were made (Sparta Ancient Wars, that WW2 game I can't remember the name of, C&C4 (don't argue with me, it may be fun but its still just Red Alert 2 but not as good gameplay wise, only graphical advantages. You could set a "God" player by just adding it as a race, or just add the abilitys to all the races depending on how you want it to be constructed. Even right now you have to find people in IRC to get a game going, becuase the games last a LONG time and usually you want to be able to continue those longer games which is what Roleplaying will be to the extreme. Roleplayers tend to play with the same group of people for a long time at intervals even more so than normal Sin games. Thank go
I've loved playing Roleplaying maps on games such as Starcraft, where epic RP was possible but not savable. Wouldnt it be amazing to make a mod for Roleplayers? Or even just a D&D like game modding the levels and thier effects on the ships. Heres some of my ideas. Open Roleplay mode: Evryone is able to create things at will to represent what they want in the RP. Of course a ban option would be avaliable to the host or by a majority vote. Structured Roleplay mode: The host or a
