Who had docks first? in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hello im new to WinCustomize and Object dock. I was wondering who had docks first, Mac or Stardock. Im asking this because on the mac the dock looks very similar in the way it works.

Is it just me or do the images not load on the tutorial pages. (:( I'f it is just me does anyone know whats wrong?
