Galactic event help in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Hey guys, I bought Galciv2: DL about a week ago. So far, I think it is a great game. One thing is really bugging me though. Every once in a while, I will get this event that causes all uncolonized planets within a certain radius to become PQ 10. I like to play on tiny or small maps, because I just don't have the attention span for the bigger ones, and when this happens it triples the amount of habitable planets on the map. Is there a way to turn this event off? I looked in the options and couldn
