Oh, I am sure that the wait time will decrease... For a while. That was not my issue however. The incredible klunkiness of the matchmaker is my issue, and I think it is a fair and reasonable one.

You can't chat with people while searching for a match. Okay, I guess this is all p2p, so, no chat room... okay... guess what? you need a chat room. also, I can't chat with the people I am connecting to? And I can't do anything else? I can just sit and stare at the screen for however many minutes it takes for the service to finally match me into a game? did you hire the frustration fairie when you designed the matchmaker?</
