As a former remodeler, and now as a customer of the OC system. I am happy with the results. I finished many basements with complete electrical, sheetrock, and carpet. Most were done in the range of $30 -$40 a square foot. When a customer wanted plumbing as well for a bath, bar, or laundry, the price went up from there.
