Dont know about photo shop but in paint shop when saving a ping file you need to make shure you set the options to preserve the transparency of the image or it will will in in with white background so check if you program has this funtion

You can either erase the back ground, or hand select the the image you want and transfer it to a new tranparent back ground either way it will probablely take a little time. and you might want to zoom in by at least 5x

I have tried to submit skins from the library, have tried from WC browser, even tried from my skins but every time I attempt to do so I get error messages mostly time outs. I tried posting on the support section to no avail any body else encountering similar difficulties? If you have an idea please let me know
