How dose one upload skins on this new and improved site?

I have tried to submit skins from the library, have tried from WC browser, even tried from my skins but every time I attempt to do so I get error messages mostly time outs. I tried posting on the support section to no avail any body else encountering similar difficulties?

If you have an idea please let me know

Don't worry snarph i've been having the exact same problem,some time-outs,something about wrong site line or something that the system denies to write.I guess it's something that the only known remedy is time, so give it time,give these guys around here the time they need and they'll have it fixed at some point of the process,cause that is what this site is right now,a part of a process. And i must say it turns out good,have faith and patience and remember all good things come to he who waits
