Well thanks for posting.... it really isn't that big of a deal.... It is just really annoying when my wife wants to use my computer and can't get on the internet.....and I get flack for it.... Re: your suggestion: The file is okay. One is really just a shortcut to the same file. I run the file and no webpages, but when I run the browser from the objectdock i can browse the web normally. It is really strange and befuddling.

Does anyone have a fix/solution for this? Or is anyone else experiencing this same prob.? After installing Objectdock, I have to use the "docked" link to run the browser and surf the web. I cannot get to the web with the stand alone normal shortcut. The non-objectdock shortcut runs the browser and the window opens - it just doesn't pull data from the internet. Yeah, everything works on the dock. Just browsers run/clicked/launched from anywhere other than the dock don't work. Very strange.
I have a problem with ObjectDock: If it is running - I have to click on the IE or Firefox icons on the objectdock to get browsing. If I click on the windows IE shortcut, quicklink, or Firefox shortcut on the desktop - the browsers run (execute) but they do not connect to the internet. When I exit ObjectDock (turn it off) the desktop/system browser shortcuts exhibit the same trait - they run, but do not connect to the internet. I have to restart objectdock and use its s
