Hi Arcanic, Thanks for the compliment. I've been watching your score climb pretty quickly...faster than when I started playing the game. (at first I didnt realize registering defeats lowered your score, because I just wanted a record of what I did) One more game should put you over 100k, and earn you the title of Hero (Senator). Thanks for helping make the Kzinti a success! <img src="smiles/Congrats.gif" border=0 align=
We dont have our own forum Webnavigator...we have a good number of people who play regularly, but few who show up much on the forums often. I would like to get more people who are active on the forums though, and lately more people have joined who have a presence here. Maybe now it is time to set up something. I will look into it over at the Galactic Core and see what it would entail, or like some empires simply have a running thread here. I've started a number of posts with the Kzinti as th
Orca= Mammal not fish, Here kitty kitty kitty this killers' hungry Good Job guys.
Yep I know that (cetaceans), but the Kzinti dont yet. I have this running narrative in my mind of what the Kzinti might be experiencing and thinking in the GalCiv universe, and how they might have arrived there from their origin of the "Known Space" unive
Here is my submission for the round: DA 1.7x, masochistic, political victory, 3 years, 9010 points. SCC, psionic beam, and the improvement that pumps up ship HPs in orbit does wonders for the mil rating! KzintiPatriarch <A hre
I left the Kzinti Empire...XP...nothing against it at all...good job.
Yep, I noticed Rajigah....your time with us was brief. You are welcome back any time if you want to join an empire.
Congrats Kzinti. You have proven to be a worthy foe on the Meta. May you have many successful
How many virgins did you have to sacrifice to get this sort of luck? I really need to know... Unlike you voracious alien carnivores, I have better uses for precious human resources. After all, with a start like this, the game will be over quickly and then I will be looking for a way to celebrate. Sacrifice virgins, indeed! Hm
At the heart of the Kzinti Empire, the Patriarch sits in his spartan war-room, surrounded by his closest advisors. The only non-essential furnishings are various battle trophies collected from around the galaxy, some of them gruesome by the standards of most civilizations. A detailed hologram depicting the galaxy floats above the surface of the table. Hraak-Riit, the supreme commander of imperial forces gently manipulates the controls of the projecto
I think we have greater concerns at the moment than the MV tourney's killing us. I am worried about the lack of activity from other players across our threads for this round.
I think people may be more inclined at the moment to be playing, than talking about playing. And it is still relatively early in the round. Our Team D forum has been extremely lively as PlayJeff noted, so perhaps the other teams are talking in
Very good story Namus, and I'm enjoying the historical and technical details especially. Sentient species taste better...

We are not familiar with these "towels", but can only assume it is some nefarious super-weapon designed in a desperate attempt to resist us. Our brilliant Kzinti scientists will quickly create a counter-measure for this new weapon, and you will succumb as all others who have opposed us. <IMG id=ImageResize_Image_1 alt="Sentient species taste better..." src="http://www.mypicshare.com/thumbs/20070803/vqrpalpt.jpg" onload=
How long have you seen those Diplomats or Kzintis or Hegemony-ions in those top ranks?
The Kzinti expanded into this galaxy a mere 11.25 octals of days ago. As is destined, our rise has been swift, and our voracious hunger for battle is insatiable. Many of those that have the true spirit of Hero within them have joined us in our inevitable rise to the pinnacle of the galactic food-chain. Countless enemies have been consumed and immense galactic spoils have been seized
We are slowly moving up the ranks, i just invited a whole heap of non aligned players to join the tyranny.
Why keep discussing about whether or not to have a vote? We already have about 3/4 of the discussion that went about tie breaking into having a vote or not. Just make a thread with a poll. Delete all non-voting replies. Checking if there is an extra is easy. About 2 minutes I think. You can easily find a pie chart generator on the internet and just post the image here. How about I make poll and Mumble can erase the unnessesary chatter-talk and maybe Pin that poll and lo
concise statement of what we're voting for and clear options The method of taking a vote is still a bit vague. I think the best method that ensures only league members vote is for each team to vote separately in their private forum and report results to a common thread either here or at the Core. So far we have 2 (or 3) folks interested. Any more than that?
It seems to me that the general consensus is no tie-breaking, though I
As far as tie breaks, FireBender seemed to be the only one in favor of breaking them although I think it's mostly agreed that if we do break them that submission to the league is a better requirement than submission to the metaverse. Do you think ties should be broken or left as is?
I think ties should be broken, and my first thought was that difficulty level might be the first thing to look at, but I dont know if it would be a good idea to penalize people who havent
