I have Tiles set to show system tray and hide taskbar. It shows system tray icons fine but no date and time like the taskbar. Is it meant to show the clock/date in tiles? Would be nice if it did.

What's wrong with Foxit Reader? Been using it for ages now, much better than Adobe Reader.

Is IconPackager 5 going to get the same GUI facelift that Deskcapes 3 and WindowBlinds 7 has?
Is IconPackager 5 getting a UI facelift like WindowsBlinds 7?

I received that e-mail as well. As i'm running the Windows 7 RC, i was wondering the same thing. When can we expect Windows 7 compatability for MyColors?
Glad to see some news about this :D Although by the time it finally happens it should be called WinCustomize 2010 ;p
Thanks for the quick reply. Looking forward to the update [e digicons]:D[/e]
Being 4 days into June now i was just wondering when we'll be seeing the new Wincustomize site?
Using CursorFX here too and LogonStudio Vista works also.
Thanks for your help [e digicons]k1[/e]
I was one of the lucky winners in the recent Stardog competition and with the prize i got some games from Impulse. The games i got are close to 13GB each. So how does archiving work? Where abouts does it get saved and can it just be copied back to the computer after a fresh install of Windows? Cause i don't want to have to download them again [e digicons]:|[/e]
Just tried that and still no update optionAre you a ObjectDesktop subscriber, or do you own the stand-alone version of IP3? If you own the stand-alone version 3, you might not be able to upgrade to version 4 for free, depending on how long ago you bought IP3.If you have a current ObjectDesktop subscription you should definitively not get this error and I would recommend to contact support.
I am an ObjectDesktop subscriber, so i guess i get in contact with Stardock su
If that dosen't do the trick try clearing the XML folder by clicking on the "?" help button > XML Public > delete all the files in the folder that pops up > restart Impulse.
Just tried that and still no update option :(
How about if you right click update or double click the software button?
When i right click there is no update option and double clicking the software button loads IconPackager. I will try what you suggested now.
For me, IconPackger 4 current version is 3.99.142 and available version is 4.00.165. Yet the update option is not available :NOTSURE: And this is from a fresh install after a reformat of my computer.
Didn't realise it was that easy lol. Cheers :CONGRAT:
Just a quick question in regards to updating ObjectDesktop programs through Impulse. Is there somewhere to find out what the update changes/fixes? As with other software/games it says what is changed/fixed.
Release dates are confirmed :) Info - [link="http://news.google.com.au/news?hl=en&q=XP+SP3&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wn"]WWW Link[/link]
Phalaxis,Even after you uninstalled Impulse it failed? Try downloading just the full Impulse installer and run it (link provided below). The first time your run it the installer should prompt to repair/uninstall, select uninstall. Then run the Impulse installer again and let us know how that goes. Then you try running ODNT 2008.http://storage.stardock.com/files/Impulse_setup_full.exe
The next time after i uninstalled Impulse then tried a
I tried again and didn't bother changing the installation directory and all is good :)
Well i recently purchased Object Desktop 2008. Installation craps itself pretty soon after starting install. This is the error: "The installation of Impulse (a pre-requisite to Object Desktop) failed. This may be because a previous installation of Impulse has not been fully uninstalled. Please uninstall Impulse if a previous install existed." I find it hard to believe since i have never had Impulse on my computer. So i go to the control panel and uninstall the Impulse
Yeah that part is all good. I'm installing them from a fresh format so there wont be a problem there :p
