"Fleet-wide" Assist component in Warfare GalCiv2 Forums

I like "fleet battle" idea in GC2. However, the true meaning of a fleet is not the number of ships within, but the "Cooperation", which make a fleet powerful. For example, a flagship have a system to increas the number of ships in a fleet; a supply ship can use extra life support to exand fleet's range; a cruiser can cover the whole area with an anti-missle defense, etc. I have already creat a kind of surveillant ship without any fire power but a lot of sensors.
