Well I had overlooked the button. It had a litle graph on it, and I thought, "Oh that must bring up the window where you see the graphs for military, industry, etc." Thus I looked and clicked on every other button. I'm still learning alot, since I only picked the game up a few days ago. So far my playstyle is pretty unsubtle. In the lines of, me smash, me win.
edit Nevermind. Evidently I am mentally defficient, and illiterate as well. Thank you for the help.
Title says it all. I have researched all but the star federation governments. I got the option to change when I first researched each level of government. However after that I cannot figure out how to change to something else. I know I am probably overlooking something simple, but it just annoying to be stuck with the same govt now.
Ah, yes it does. Evidently picking black for your menus is a bad idea. I couldn't see the checkboxes because they were the same color as the background.
When playing if I get a random event. Like a new drug is being taken by my people, and I get the 3 options for responses. A "good" response of trying to crack down on the drug dealers, a "neutral" response of just trying to bust the dealers as they are found, or an "evil" response of letting it run rampant as long as I get paid off. I cannot choose any of the three options. I looked through the keyboard shortcuts on the wiki and didn't see anything, and I cannot click on any of the t
