In repsonse to "Happy with installer". I would like more information about your installer, Dan. Do you have his number? I do not want to contact OC regarding it. I'm currently unhappy with my drop ceiling, seems my OC installer cut corners (no pun inteded). If he's in the western suburbs I'd like to give him a call. Thanks! Jeff
