I can understand the urge to hit him... especially since he was trying to run... and basically you were just protecting yourself the 2nd time... I probably wouldn't have stopped after just 2 swings.. The key word the judge used was... reasonable... I work in a call center & hear all types.. yellers, criers, etc. Demanding this, demanding that.. never trying to be mature & reasonable. Dr. Guy.. after years of trying to find him.. finally did.. He now pays $17.30 per week. He only takes cheap jobs for short amount of times. He is worthless. He was ordered to pay $495.00 per month in 1998... never saw that much..State finally settled for that amount. Oklahoma doesn't really pursue it when they go out of state.
