Recommendations on Video Card..for ship textures in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Okay So I have accepted that I wll not be able to get textured ships only cube like ships with my Geforce 2 ultra card. So I want to upgrade. What is the cheapest video card I can get that will let me get textured ships or am I also going to have a problem on my existing hardware also and it will not be a quick fix with just a video card?
