Weather Temperature in Widget talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi, Have a weather widget and works for my city, Adelaide Australia. The problem is that the forcast weather temperature isn't correct. It is always 2-3 degrees lower than what it really is. Can I change the URL it uses for reference? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance
