I'm in if it's Tuesday evening or Wednesday, Next week Monday would also work.

Yes, that version keeps the settings saved. Thanks. I still think the resources should be lower on rare and minimum none but, I appreciate the heads up on that.
I tried to cut down the map settings to rare resources and no resource minimum and I see no change in the amount of resources on the map. I was trying to create a game where one could try to corner the market on one or two resources and that doesn't happen. Also when turning Ice off and when restarting the game it defaults to random. All the other settings seem to remember what they are so why does that default to random?
I was trying to play the multiplayer game this evening. The main problem was I lost before I could even get started. How could the other player upgrade there base right away? I was building my base on a similar start position neither of us had debt so how could they upgrade right away? Otherwise I see some major flaws with starting a new game right now in multiplayer if you haven't played for a while or are new to the game. It's not ve
Love this idea, I'll have to start the game up tonight, haven't played for a couple of weeks now :S
Great game so far, really enjoying the early access. For those of you playing for longer than the steam early access, how do you see runaway leaders as a problem? The positive feedback of thrusting yourself forward especially in terms of additional plots seems to rally some early successes forward. While often it's two players that are rushing ahead, I can't help but feel like sometimes if you're in last in the early game you just don't have much chance to catch u
This is awesome. I think the best way to add a "long mode" would be to tweak the inflators and stock price calculation. Maybe inflate the colony growth costs and add more colony levels too.
That's my thoughts I don't see it taking away anything from the vision of the game, just allows players that option :)
I don't like the addition of a black market it
This basically is a "I can't lose" option. I don't think that's a good idea. It would need to be so expensive that it would be only be useful to the guy who is winning by a wide margin (sitting on a ton of money) to artificially prolong the game.
I feel this should be an option for the player who is getting near the end of the game maybe competing against another player for domination. That's also
Yeah, I've attempted to play the game longer than intended. (Wish there was an option for a "long game mode.) I've seen the same type of issue with buyout options. Smaller inferior companies buying out larger companies even though the larger company has a huge stake ownership in the smaller company. To me if you have complete ownership in your company and partial ownership in the smaller company it should be nearly impossible for that smaller company to buy you
Awesome can't wait to watch later :)
hmmm... looking forward to more dev streams...
btw, we do have speed settings which can change the pace significantly. Plus, you can give orders while paused.
I still wish there was a way to extend the game for those that like the game but would like to stretch it out longer. Right now it feels like it ends abruptly. A lot of which I noted on this forum post... htt
Sounds Great!!
It is good to see you have access now, the situation where someone could get access for $20 but you could not for a higher amount seemed crazy. Keep up the feedback to give an idea of the game, I missed the boat on the prototype so it's good to hear about how it plays.
So far I like what I see, I hope it continues to improve throughout the process... :) Additional points... AI doesn'
Here are some additional thoughts :) Auctions, Don't allow player to use all debt money for this and essentially just borrow against nothing. If you want to allow players to be able to borrow money set a maximum based on total value of the company, example if the company is valued at 60,000 let them borrow up to 6,000 for auction ect... Especially in the tighter debt game option. Personally I'm against using 100% borrowed money on the aucti
I got access to the game yesterday, and with it got access to the restricted forums as a regular founder so that way we could provide feedback :) something to check for, what do you think of the game so far Hadberz?
So first off Thank you Dev's for opening up the game to some if not all of the regular Founders :) I played through one and half games last night and this is what I noticed. Jumping right into the game, didn't play tutorials, just jumped right in to skirmish mode with 7 AI, chose easy game for myself. Started off a little confused but, to be expected nothing too bad. Okay now for the thoughts... I don't think it was clear of what need
I'm worried that either the AI will not be as good as GalCiv 2, or that it will not be significantly better than GalCiv2.
So it won't be good if it was equal to Galactic Civilizations II? I think it would be great if it was as good or better, which I have no doubt that it will match this. AI is slowly being brought into the game but is being worked on separately from everything else. :)
I have just stumbled across this game which looks amazing. Does anyone know when early access goes on sale?
That's a good question as what would be the difference from Early Access (purchase normal through steam) and the regular Founders Edition, that also get's early access? (Just the Founders Vault?) They thank people that are Founders for the support which is great and I appreciate it, however, if normal players get access when
Does this mean the regular founders will get early access soon?
So, by revealing sections of the map for resources, an action all players do at the same time (so what *I* reveal will be revealed for you too), everyone will have the ability to place their chosen type (with different perks) of colony on any revealed piece of land, regardless of who revealed it, in real time. Eventually, amazing locations might have two or more players furiously clicking on it in order to get it. There are more nuances to thi
Everything to this point that I've seen which is very limited at this point, has given me enough information that I want this game and therefore I have purchased the Founders Edition, not the Elite. With that being said, I see that you are unable to share screenshots which I'm fine with, however, would anyone be kind enough to tell me more about the game play and give a more detailed walk through of the game to this point?
Is there nothing in the Founder's Vault? I logged in and it was just a blank page.
Okay I think I got my answer even though no one replied. I did purchase the Founders edition and it says available soon. So I'm assuming early access is not available yet. Being the Prototype has been available now for 6 months approx, how much longer for early access?
Just Stardock Games at this point (or games that Stardock is tied to).
