I just bought a new house and the area was wired for FiOS. I've never been a verizon fan and enjoyed not having any of their services in my previous house (roadrunner, directv, vonage) but I couldn't pass up FiOS. Let me tell you it is amazing. The speed of the internet service is outstanding. I've never seen anything less than 15mb DL from speed tests. I have all the new equipment (modem/router, receivers) and they all work great.
