The point is Stellar Frontier is published and promoted by Stardock. Frogboy is Brad Wardell, who works for Stardock, whom I was told was its president. If not, my mistake. We're not far off the mark complaining here about a game promoted by Stardock, a game for which many of us purchased Stellar Aces or Drengin.net, from Stardock. And wouldn't you know it, GalCiv is developed by Stardock. Funny how that works, isn't it? :p

We have complained in the SF-forums until we're blue in the face, with no results. At least here we got some kind of answer from the president of Stardock the first day. Personally I would think it would be rather embarrassing to give out such a buggy game to a whole new group of consumers. If Stellar Frontier was to be given to a new wave of customers with Drengin.net, Stardock should have made an effort to see about getting it updated first. Not a good advertisement of the other products Stard

I haven't had a chance to check out GalCiv yet but it looks great and I've heard from a few friends that it's an amazing game. I too am worried about the state of Stellar Frontier. It's a great game, but with a lot of problems. I've been playing this game for over two years and it's still my favorite online game. Now that GalCiv has been released hopefully we can get an update to Stellar Frontier. :)
