just one thing, evil civs. only have one victory (military) to aim for because they find it VERY hard to perfrom the others. Good civs can aim for influance (because there a good example), democratic (they make friends, fast) and tech victory (because all the evil civs. are researching weapons, good civs. are getting better reasearch buildings and accellerating there path terwords that victory). I vote yes, my ideas are: Crusade: The homeworld of a good civ. is taken and the remaning ships in orbit flee to other civs and gather other civs shups and transports to take back the homeworld and push back the aggressors. Minors Unite: All minor races unite to stop being elimiated and decleare war with anyone that tryed to defeat them before, they also overrun thier home system and become a major civ. Magnetic Blast: A magnetic blast dissrupts/destroys all ships

Me too Quixen, I was hopeing they would think of it first before anyone else did though.
I was able to talk to them once in campian were they randomly made peace with every civ. I clicked on the news icon declearing peace and I talked to them, however they had every tech and thier diplomicy was though the roof so I didn't trade anything.

In DA you get to exchange treates for research, porduction etc. so I think thats reward enough to being a good leader, and even now you get bounues for your military, influance and diplomacy on other race to improve your rating or "trust" with another race.
The only way that I have found to combat the dead lords is lots of ships, I mean lots. The way that this strategy works is that the dread lords only have singular ships flying around kicking the crap out everything that moves and they don't have any defences (example you have 8 tiny ships with one attack vs 1 tiny dread lord ship with whatever, the result will be your victory. 8 of your ships fire lets say half of them cause 1 damage, dread lord fires, destoryes one of your ships, you fire
Get the info from a debug.err file in your stockage and it should tell you, but some people have had the same problem in campian where there tresuary drops to -a billion bc in one turn and there morale drops to 1% so your not alone.
