I'm, having the same issues with the legally purchased full game. It will not start... goes through the beginning portion,... tells me I have to update then nothing just shuts down. My system: Gateway FX laptop: 2.6Ghz CPU 4GB DDr3 9600GTS Nvidia video with 1GB DDR3 Ram Vista 64 Ultimate.
