I had the same problem myself, you go to 'my account' then 'stardock account, log in and change your user name to how you wish it to be. For me, mine used to be Kitty Malone, with the caps and the space, so i changed it so i lost the caps and the space, but your name seems okay?..maybe it might have to be changed. then logg out and leave the site totally, hopefully when you log back in, your name should be okay to make your personal file....(thats what i did, and it worked for me....)<

thanks for that Daiwa, when I say the thumb pic, i mean when you are in windowblinds, and you click on 'skins' you see the small preview pics of all the skins with their name underneath them, and the author. thats the pic i mean.

Okay, I know this question has probably been answered somewhere, but I couldnt find it. When I make a skin, and do the left and right windowframeuis2, everytime when i preview it in wb, the magic pink is always there in the large preview window, but not on my skin when its applied. How does one stop this from happening, as I would love to have round edges instead of square ones. my second question is, when i do make a new skin, the little thumb pic

....I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like the dialog bmp is not there. I dont usually use a dialog background, since for me its too much of a distraction. And you also stated that there is no preview pic. Yes that is right, you have to add one if you want it there. okay.,...i have a new mystery that needs to be solved. Heir of slytherin's skin called the house of slytherin has no highlight on his more prog arrow and the startpanel logg off. okay, gave it a go, and i didnt do too bad!! i brought up my documents and took a snapshot of it, then cut out the flag with enough rebar to paste over it. so i separated the two, and pasted the bit of rebar over the image, then sent the image to the 3 sizes and it worked out perfectly! so thanks I.R.....you complete me.....hahhaha.

Hi bleeding edge, I have checked and made a discovery. That little arrow always matches the colour you choose for the font. on the menu and also in the prog and program files. so if you chose black, the arrows are black, red font, red arrows ect.......hope this helps, and ps, sorry about before when I went on about a completely different arrow!!!

Hi I.R, yes, its inside the margins, smack bang in the centre of the title bar. when the title bar is a opened to a large window, the skull is normal, but if its a smaller window, well then it looks squished. No there is no tiling or stretching....any ideas??

Hi everyone, On my new skin, I have a skull that sits in the centre of the title bar (windowframetopuis2) Unfortunately when I open a smaller window, the skull gets kind of squashed. How do I stop this from happening? Ive played with the right and left margins, but that dosent seem to fix it. Anyone have any suggestions?

more progs arrow hmm? tooo easy...in skinstudio its found under "explorer, startpanel, startpanelmoreprograms panel, then when you open that, its 'startpanelmoreprogramsarrow' when you recolour or redesign the prog arrow, make sure its a png file so the background is seethrough, otherwise you get an ugly looking background.(unless of course you have a plain background colour, then you can do a bitmapfile)....as for size, ive only ever stuck to the size given, and ive tried to make it bigger,

g'day everyone... hmm, suddenly hit a problem with my newest skin, for some reason my shellstyle pic is not showing, and in all of them, film, music, pics, it was showing before when i had a plain bmp file for it, then i added a png layer over the top of it, and it was still showing, and now its not........hmm any reasons why this may be or is it just me? ......thanks for help in advance,.. kitty. o
