WindowBlinds 3 - Defective skinning in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

There are some skinning problems with my WindowBlinds 3. 1. The menu labels have buttons under them. How to get rid of them? 2. Disabled menu items/toolbar buttons are grey, even if the skin doesn't want that. How to fix it? I know I may sound thick, but I'm a newbie to WindowBlinds.
