Is there something in the Options menu that lets you talk only to your ally and to everyone. Oh and I love some of the new improvement the Chat room is much better. Still looks kinda plain but its much better. Oh and the little screen at the beggining of the game that shows ping is also very helpful to know who might be generating lag in a game.

I dont see it happening Research run by the Pentagon is almost always a waste of money. Hopefully they will do the smart thing and have private research labs take over most of the process. I mean with trillions 'unaccounted for' in the past 3 years I wouldn't trust the Pentagon with anything.

I have my own computer, its gaming capabilities are sub-par at best. I think it could handel Gal Civ 2, but of that I can't be sure yet.

Hey Everyone. I might be out of the next round. This is mostly due to my now very limited play time(Sundays only I think). I will keep you guys updated but as of now my computer privallages have been mostly revoked by my parents and my extracarriculars.
