Skin Dosent Apply..?? in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Well basically my problem is that i have installed WindowBlinds V 5.5 after i had to Format my PC due to a Virus. i Installed it how it said to and everything appears good untill i Aplly The Changes and it shows up always the Windows Classic Skin witch each Skin I Apply! Here are my Specs. and a pic to see what i mean.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Microsoft Windows XP Build 2600.x

one more question? For the desktop.file & dxtheme.file , i use DESKTOPX to open the files.. And i can only use WINDOWSBLINDS to open WBA.Files ????? do the desktop.file & dxtheme.file show up on my Windows Blinds once i install the files with DESKTOPx??? thanks
