Better AI/diplomacy. Like someone said, the game is all about the AI. New maps, ships, and species aren't really that important (you can custom make most of them yourself). Maybe some random events as mentioned above to throw you a curve, especially at higher levels of difficulty. But primarily, I'd want an even better AI and a diplomacy with better options.
Agreed. Upgrading spaceports is an excellent idea. Dedicating an entire tile is too much.
Ironically, the problem seems to have been fixed by going to OLDER drivers! I went to some other 2004 drivers that were 3 months earlier than the others. I still get the stutter on mixed-screen videos, but no more crashes. Very strange, but I'll take it!

Hello. I love th game so far, but I have two issues. First, the game runs slow during cutscenes. I presume that is because of my slower audio/video cards. During the tutorial, the issue goes away if I turn it to full screen. Any other setting suggestions would be appreciated. The other problem is much more serious. Occassionally, the game freezes, particularly when switching screens or ending a turn. It will not respond in game, there is nothing going on in terms of CPU use, an
