You propably wouldn't recognize the genius, so I'm not even gonna waste time telling you his name. You're right - I would not recognize him as a genius! Thanks! I've never considered suiced, </tab

Monday Classes started at the local college. I'm taking six credits. Today was the first session of "Oral Communication for Managers." All of the other students are taking it as a requirment of a managemnt/marketing degree. I'm not going for a degree - just taking classes that appeal to me. I'm the oldest, besided the professor. I'm a good ten+ years older than

Valium helps I have self-medicated with valium. I only do it occasionally when I'm severely depressed. Then I take a nap and usually feel much better when I wake up. But I haven't done this in a very very loooong time.

LW, I'm so GLAD you're still here! I know I haven't been here long, but still my life would not be the same without you. These days I consider checking out when my R/A is flaring up so badly I can't imagine dealing with it for years on end... I'm sure it's not like having R/A. I have ba

but I've wondered how could someone just do it and wasn't it hard for them to do? Yes very hard but at the same time it seems like the only way out. When I feel this way it seems like the easiest way out. I guess it's hard to explain. Everything becomes so overwhelming and feels unfixable.

There's nothing wrong with being single M. Sometimes people are just plain rude. Just like when people ask me when I'm going to have kids, then when I tell them I had a hysterectomy, they tell me I can adopt. I get sooo sick of hearing about what I can do. I'm fine without kids - but obviously they're not. You see, it's their problem not yours! I en

dharma, I'm glad that you went to the doctor and got help. I take pills but I absolutely hate them. The side affects are ghastly. I sleep no less than 10hrs per day. And I just down right don't feel like myself. I also think that along with taking away the low lows they take away the high highs too. I lose my creativity too...ohhh now I've started...sorry... <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="m

But always with the goal of healing and fighting again, or moving on, which is fighting with style. This reminds me of something my husband always used to say to me - that everyday I have to get up and "kick-it."

If that does not appeal to you then sit down and write. I wrote 32 poems in one night, it saved my life, I was seriously contemplating suicide then the urge to write came over me and I did not stop till I was spent. Yes, Jennifer, writing saved my lfe too. I have journal upon journal in a bookshelf in

If I kill myself, the world wins.Hell no. I will never be beaten so bad I can't live to fight another day. I like that attitude! I think somewhere deep down inside I do have a bit of that. I guess I should go dig it up and use it when I'm feeling down.

SOOOOOOooo sorry to read that you were sad enough, or wanted to be numb enough to do that. Thanks Trudy. I'm glad to see that you made it through too! for me it's t

Besides, I couldn't do that to my friends and family....funerals are always so dreary and sad...and I wouldn't want to do that to anyone. That's the thing zoo, it's not about wanting to do that to anyone besides myself. It's not like I consider it because I want to hurt them. That's the farthest fro

I'm a melancholy person. In general I think of the world in very dark terms. There have been times that I feel like I just want to die and get it over with. I don't feel like that now, but sometimes I worry that something bad will happen and I'll be that sad again. A few years ago I took a bunch of pills and ended up getting my stomach pumped. Everyone th

Not Guilty. In saying this I don't mean that I haven't had sex before marriage. I simply mean that I do not ascribe to your God and His teachings about 'sin' (capitals out of respect for your faith). You have no problem with sex outside of marriage, but fortunately you are not in charge. It is God himself who

Things I like: 1. cleaner looking 2. Last posted info is GREAT I can't comment on the forum posts now. I'm having problems as well - although this isn't totally new for me. Sometimes I go to the forums and I can reply. Other times I can't. Maybe I'm just flakey??? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/ju/T_JU/smiles/Wink.

Serenity love your poetry. Could you record a reading and share it? For me it's the ultimate in peotry appreciation. Having it read in the author's voice and style. Thanks for sharing.

We have a basement, I'm in it right now, Me too! It's not finished or anything official like that. But I did paint the walls. They were formed with a brick pattern so I took some paint and rollered over them so it really looks like a brick wall. I also painted the joists, wiring,

the ground around the home was pitched in such a way as to provide good water run off, carrying water away from the foundation, and last but not least, they have all had drain tiles around the perimeter of the foundation, Yeah, the grade around my building is definitely an issue. Where do you look at new articles? JU Home? Recent articles page? Forum page? A specific blogger's page? Sometimes I find it hard to get around here. I typically will look at the forums page because I can see who wrote an article. I usually don't look at articles from authors I don't recognize that have no responses. How about
