Hey thanks for the tip: just never noticed before you needed at least a point in defense to recieve any starbase benefits. I'm probably wrong, but is this an added feature to the 1.2 patch?
I am not sure whether or not this is known bug, but my military bases aren't doing jack even after they are loaded with modules: no supporting defense or attack.
For some reason, maybe stated elsewhere in the forum, I cannot group some ships into fleets. I have a high enough logistics to hold the ships, but when I highlight em and click on the fleet button, nothing happens. On a few occasions, after doing as stated, a rally point pops up where the ships are, and is shown as a blank square with a little zero in the upper corner when I click on it. Looking at it from the map, it is titled as a rally point. Kinda
