Bug with the "New Ship Designs" unlock info inside the tech tree in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I have the latest patch installed. I don't know if this is a common problem or is it just me but when I start a new game with the humans, inside the tech tree, on the description of a technology, it says what new core ship designs will be unlocked when the technology is researched along with the future technologies info, the unlocked ship components info and etc. It also tells you what other technologies need to be researched in order to unlock
