I guess the thing is that I would like to design ships, regardless of if the tech is researched for them... even if I couldnt use them.. Example : at work ... I have some spare time that I could load up the ship editor / creator without having to have the game going on.. and create some ships.. that I could then later import and use... once the appropriate techs have been researched... Perhaps this is available in DA, as I havent gotten it yet.. but if not it would be a nic

I have searched a bit and couldnt locate any info, so I am asking here. Is there the possibility of having a Ship Designer that will allow you to select all the components to build a ship, and save them, so that when you have reached the appropriate tech levels you can simply choose them? Often times I dont want to play the game up to the full tech levels, and then just spend days designing ships... it would be nice if there was some sort of Ship editor/creator that was accessable ou

I have updated my PC, and when I redownloaded GalCiv2, the serial number is correct (verified by email) but I still cant run it due to the error : The product appears to be validated, but the serial number or the machine SID dont match. Any help appreciated.

Well .. as far as multiplayer goes .. I would like it ... one simple reason ... LAN .. I usually have 3 or 4 friends come over for a monthly LAN game session, and this would ROCK for some 3 or 4player VS or COOP action. We would probably even settle for some sort of Hotseat play... Looked everywhere, BestBuy (3 of em) , Wal-Mart (2 of em) , Target (2 of em) and Comp USA (1 of em) and still couldnt find them. Luckily, there was the digital download, which I did...
