Ok, it sounds like you have "Classic" start menu selected, nothing can skin it. If you want Windowblinds to skin your start menu you have to switch it to the new version. Right click on your taskbar and select properties. The second tab on the window that pops up should say "Start Menu" and check the "Start Menu" box that should be right above the "Classic Start Menu" box. Hit OK and that should do the trick. I've stayed out of this thread, frankly because I'm tired of this whole thing on Bryce. I have been using Bryce since Ver 2, and have a rather large stack of manuals to prove it. I have Susan Kitchens http://www.auntialias.com book "Real World Bryce 2" which is the Bible for Bryce and I have thumbed through her second book and it is just as good, but covers the animation features in Bryce. Corel used to have the Demo up, and it was up not less than 2 weeks ago. As far as cost, the most expensive place I have found to buy it is Corels web site, unless they just dropped the price and I didn't notice. There is no differance in the downloads, I don't know why they have it broken up. There is only one demo download as far as I know. I know I'm going to hate myself for this one but Aafuss what is this word "secyre-pludi ty's"? Oh and by the way at work I still have a machine that runs 3.11, not 3.1 mind you but 3.11 so it's not that horrible. But it serves a purpose every day, all day long, and all the rest of the machines are 98 or NT with a couple of 2000's thrown in for fun. Not one XP machine in the place. As a matter of fact standing orders say that any machine that shows up with XP on it gets reformatted to 2000.

Suggestion for Anomalies and Technology Research in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I just had an idea, right now when you move into an anomaly you either get a 25 percent reduction in the time that it takes to research your current technology choice or you get nothing at all. The problem with WinFX is not Stardock, but nVidia. The latest drivers 40.72 (I think) are a lot better, but it is not for lack of trying on Stardocks part. It unfortunetly just so happens that the ATI drivers are better at the moment. If you check out the News Groups there are very very long threads on just this subject and so goo advice on how to overcome the problems with the drivers but the ball is in nVidia's court.

Go first to the Sysmetrix web site http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/index.html download Sysmetrix. It will download as a ".msi" file that you might not be used to, it is just Microsoft's new Installer extension, just double click on it and it will install.
